What an amazing year that 2008 has
turned out to be. We were on
WOAI's San Antonio Living Show on

New Year's Yoga Sun Salutation &
Meditation Celebration
Thursday, January 1st at 10am
For those interested
in beginning 2009 in a vigorous
manner...at 10am we will begin by
coming together in the SERENITY
studio to move through 108 Sun
Salutations to begin our New Year in
an active mode. For those who are
interested in beginning their New
Year in a Mindful and Meditative
Mode........we will be meeting also
at 10 am in the BLISS studio where
we can practice 108 Mindful
Meditative Breaths to begin the New
Year in a gentler and more centered
mode.
New
for January!!! We will be offering
Community Meditation Classes on
Wednesdays at 12 noon and at 6:30pm
beginning on December 7th. There is
no set fee for these
classes......donations will be
accepted. These hour long
meditation classes are being offered
in order to help individuals in our
surrounding community learn the
basics of mindful meditation using
the breath to help encourage
improved oxygenation, reduced stress
and improved focus and concentration
during these uncertain economic
times.

New Classes added to the schedule:
REJUVINYASA™ Yoga a Nydia's Yoga Therapy
original program will officially begin
on November 3rd and be held on Mondays
and Wednesdays at 12-1pm. Susan
Ogden and Cindy Fearon will teach these
classes on a trial basis during the
months of November and December.
Come on out to try this yoga practice
that will leave you feeling rejuvinated
for the rest of your day.
